At Pawssies, we're committed to bringing joy back to your cat's indoor life. We believe in our products so much that we want you to give them a fair chance - just 14 days to see your cat come alive again! If you're not completely satisfied after the 14-day trial period (and within our 60-day money back guarantee), simply reach out to us at kevin@pawssies.com.

Cancellation Policy

Need to change or cancel your order? No problem! Just let us know within 24 hours of placing it. After that timeframe, your cat's new toy will already be in our processing phase. For cancellations within the 24-hour window, we'll process your refund within 7 business days.

60-Day Money Back Guarantee

We know our product works - we see happy cats and relieved pet parents every day! That's why we ask for a minimum 14-day trial period so your cat can fully experience the Pawssies difference. If you're still not convinced after 14 days (but within 60 days), you can return your items for a refund. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Starting a Return

Ready to start your return? Simply contact our team through our Contact Us page or email kevin@pawssies.com. To help us help you faster, please include your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used for your order.

Damaged Items

We package each Pawssies toy with the same care we'd want for our own cats. While minor shipping wear on the outer packaging is normal, we consider an item damaged if the product itself is defective or broken.

If your Pawssies item arrives damaged, let us know within 72 hours of delivery by emailing kevin@pawssies.com with clear photos of the damage. We'll likely send a replacement at no cost to you. However, we can't accept returns for normal wear and tear or damage from improper use.

Shipping and Delivery

While we're excited to get your cat's new toy to you quickly, some things (like courier delays, customs, or shipping issues) are beyond our control. For delivery problems, please contact your courier directly. We can't be responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! If we're not notified of an incorrect address within 24 hours of order placement, we won't be able to offer a resend or refund.
